General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and products offered by Intllusion, a business registered in Israel, operating through www.intllusion.com.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any purchase or engagement.
Services Offered
Intllusion provides technology and digital services to businesses and individuals. Our core service categories include:
- Digital Consulting — Strategic guidance on digital transformation, technology adoption, and business process optimization.
- Website Building & Management — Design, development, and ongoing maintenance of websites, offered as one-time projects or monthly subscription plans.
- System Building & Integration — Development of custom software systems and integration of third-party platforms, tools, and APIs to meet specific business needs.
- Point-of-Sale (POS) Solutions — Supply and setup of POS systems tailored to retail and service businesses.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined and agreed upon with the client prior to payment, via a proposal, quote, or service agreement communicated directly.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS / ₪) and include VAT (מע"מ) where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Prices for international clients may also be displayed in USD or EUR. The final charge will be processed in ILS at the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.
Pricing for each project or subscription is confirmed in writing before payment is collected. Intllusion reserves the right to update standard pricing with advance notice, which will not affect existing active agreements.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely via AllPay (allpay.co.il), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Isracard
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Bit
By completing a payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the agreed amount.
Installment payment options are available for eligible purchases. The number of installments and any applicable interest or fees will be clearly presented at checkout before you confirm your payment. Once confirmed, the installment schedule cannot be modified.
For subscription-based services (such as monthly website management plans), your payment method will be charged automatically on the agreed recurring cycle until the subscription is cancelled.
You will receive a digital receipt (קבלה / חשבונית מס) via email following each charge, issued through a licensed invoicing service in compliance with Israeli tax regulations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, or within 14 days of the start of service delivery — whichever is later.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@intllusion.com with your name, order details, and cancellation request.
Upon an approved cancellation request:
- A full refund will be issued for services not yet commenced.
- For partially delivered services, a proportional refund will be calculated based on work completed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
- A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value (or 100 ILS, whichever is lower) may apply, as permitted by law.
The following are non-refundable once delivered or accessed:
- Services or deliverables that have been fully completed and handed over
- Custom-built systems or integrations where development work has commenced
- POS hardware or software licenses once activated
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access to the service is retained through that period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by law.

Service Delivery
Services are delivered according to the scope and timeline agreed upon in the client proposal or service agreement. General timelines:
In the event of an unexpected delay, Intllusion will notify the client promptly and work to resolve the situation.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the Israeli Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority (הרשות להגנת הצרכן ולסחר הוגן).
Privacy & Data Protection
Intllusion handles all personal data in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, תשמ"א-1981).
Payment data is processed exclusively through AllPay's secure infrastructure and is never stored on Intllusion's servers. We collect only the information necessary to deliver services, issue invoices, and provide customer support.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
